Marco led manufacturing process improvements at Ferrari, overseeing lean operations for high-performance vehicle production. He also served as a process engineering lead at Pirelli, implementing TPM-based automation solutions. With deep engagement in the WCM network and FCA supply base, Marco is a frequent contributor to Italy’s automotive cluster programs and has participated in training missions to Turin and Bologna.
