Eddso is recruiting an experienced Lean Manufacturing Consultant based in Kraków, Poland, with hands-on experience implementing Lean tools and methodologies in discrete manufacturing environments.

Department: Operational Excellence / Lean
Project Location(s): Kraków, Poland (and EU travel)
Education: Master’s Degree
Compensation: Based on project basis or retainer

Responsibilities

  • Executing plant layout and production line optimization;
  • Leading Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and value stream mapping sessions;
  • Training and coaching shopfloor & supervisor levels;
  • Working with senior stakeholders on roadmap design;
  • Coordinating audits and KPI-based performance reviews.

Skills/Experience

  • 12+ years in lean manufacturing or industrial engineering;
  • In-depth knowledge of Toyota Production System or WCM;
  • Experience in automotive, electronics, or machinery sectors;
  • Polish and English fluency required;
  • Available for project travel within the EU.
